A Little Bit About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist with 28 years of experience.

I see a wide range of clients with a variety of life adjustment issues including, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and health issues. I believe mind and body work together and physical ailments or conditions can have an emotional component that can be worked with and improved when understood.

I enjoy working with adults and adolescents aged 16+ who want to change and improve the parts of themselves that feel stuck, or who just feel angry, sad, or worried.

I believe it is only when we truly understand ourselves that we have the courage to change and heal. To be able to see the driving force that creates and maintains our suffering. Once this is faced we have the chance to make choices more consistent with what we want for ourselves and our life.
